LG’s KM501 says ‘hello’ to Taiwan with a 3.5mm headphone jack

Certain aspects we in essence never get tired of reporting, because, well, they’re far rarer as opposed to properties as long as be. Case in point: the elusive 3.5mm headphone jack, a drop-dead distinguishable spec which provides real, actual headphones to be plugged in without the aid of a device curiously referred to as a “dongle” in a good deal of circles. The LG KM501 for the Taiwanese arena is rather plain by a large amount of definitions — 2 megapixel camera, dedicated music controls, polarizing brown / red styling, EDGE data, microSD slot, and A2DP — but the truth so persists in drawing us returning in is who darned jack. Why do not all phones hold one of these? Can a person please explain the current to us in child’s terms? No word on if or when this moment one ought to be discovered outside of Taiwan, that as far as we are concerned, is a travesty for true headphone lovers everywhere.
