Mobile:Motorola adds EM25, EM28, and EM30 to ROKR succession
Moving merely a tad downmarket out of the mighty morphin’ E8, Moto has rolled out 3 new workforces of its music-centric ROKR succession today: the EM25 slider, EM28 flip, and EM30 candybar. The EM30 maybe feels the various familiar, aping the E8’s design blabber but trashing the touch-sensitive wheel for a plain ol’ d-pad. It does, however, carry for the duration of the E8’s so-called ModeShift morphing keypad and parts an FM radio providing RDS, 3.5mm headphone jack, and Windows Media compatibility. The EM28 brings the same style to a clamshell, additonally the EM25 reps the slider circumstances factor. We’re seeing a few shots of a T-Mobile branded EM30 in here, too, so it appears want the carrier wants somewhat to slot in better short of the E8 in its Moto lineup — a wise move, planning to the E8’s sizeable expense. Look for the EM30 to launch primarily in Taiwan (sorry, T-Mob) tracked by a good deal more markets subsequently in the quarter, additonally the EM25 and EM28 will be able to launch on a a multitude of out of country balance in the cropping weeks.
